During the past 15 years’ GreenPath provided program and project construction management services to the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority (GOAA). We have managed over $4 billion of airport projects from pre-construction conceptual planning, project start-up and design development through construction close-out.

GreenPath/JMATT staff provides Owner Authorized Representative (OAR) support to the GOAA Engineering and Construction staff.  Our firm is responsible for the full spectrum of pre-construction and construction project administration services ensuring projects are designed  and completed on schedule , within the program budget, and in accordance with design documents .  Our staff provides coordination of project work including quality assurance inspection and testing,  cost controls, document controls, construction project management and inspection and energy-efficiency building solutions. Our staff help GOAA managers complete construction projects on-time and within budget and then help them use energy more intelligently in their newly constructed or renovated terminal building(s).  We have completed over 200 projects at OIA North Terminal totaling over $2 billion, including building and terminal renovations, roof replacements, electrical and mechanical/HVAC upgrades, tenant buildout, building commissioning, and LED lighting and energy retrofits.
