Under a continuing contract with Orange County, GRAEF/GreenPath team provides building commissioning services for numerous projects throughout Orange County including at the Orange County Convention Center (OCCC). Our scope of services provides a quality-oriented process for achieving, verifying, and documenting that the performance of facilities, systems, and assemblies meet defined objectives and criteria. In addition to design and commissioning plan reviews, the main focus of our contract is on energy conservation, functional testing, test and balance verification, and training to ensure that projects have been constructed in accordance with the plans, specifications, and commissioning requirements. Projects have included major renovations to the OCCC West Building, Valencia Ballroom, Meeting Rooms, Concourse D, North/South Building Controls, and the Cooler Alarm System. GreenPath has provided commissioning for various HVAC and electrical systems and certified that installation, prestart checks, and startup procedures have been completed.
