The Orange County Convention Center (OCCC) is the second largest facility of its kind in the country and is an important piece of the economy in Central Florida. OCCC is installing a new BAS that promises to keep event attendees comfortable in the central Florida heat and save on operating costs. The new BAS is designed to monitor the HVAC, maintain a healthy indoor air quality, more energy efficient, more user friendly interface, custom reporting, and will make it easier for staff to find parts and make repairs as needed which will further reduce costs. GreenPath staff reviewed project submittals, preformed constructability reviews, construction administration, project site inspections, and certified that installation, prestart checks, and startup procedures have been completed.
